I have a lvl 8 bowquisitor\sacred huntsmaster that I can play. Ok, cool. Your 11th level guy would probably level out of tier before playing Waking Rune. Best to play your level 8. Also, if you're playing him through No Response from Deepmar he should be at least 10th by the time we do Waking Rune....
