If a character already has any non-Core chronicles, then you cannot assign a core chronicle to that character. However, you could give it to a new character and then use the level 1 rebuild to change it to non-core.

Luckily my favorite monster idea fits the restrictions for Round 3.  I finished all the number crunching over the weekend. Now I just have to write the creative bits, special abilities, descriptions etc.
