PFS 2 Table Reporting Form

Hi there Pathfinder Second Edition GMs!
When running games at CollectorMania please use the attached Table Reporting form instead of the ones included in the scenarios.
This one is an improved version that has been rearranged in a more logical order and with enough space for players to actually write in their PFS numbers + 4 digit character number. It was created by our very own VL Zach Armstong. Thanks Zach!!
