We Be Goblins is pre-gen characters only; the idea is to build a goofy tutorial level with disposable goblin PC's. Mario Party, in a nutshell. Honor's Edge is level 1 only, but you can bring custom characters.

People seem to like We Be Goblins a lot; I've never tried it.
