Pathfinder/Starfinder at Petries March 26th

Post by emorrow » Mon Mar 14, 2022 3:20 pm

I am excited to announce Pathfinder and Starfinder on March 26th. We will run a Pathfinder 2nd Edition game at 10 AM and a Starfinder game at 2 PM. Each game session is 4 hours.

Please Note: There have been substantial changes to the PFS2E Organizational Play. Please review the following link to familiarize yourself with these changes and the impact they may have to your character. Pathfinder Society (Second Edition) Guide to Organized Play

Things to keep in mind:

- Please be cognizant of your fellow Society Agents - while masks are not required it will be a table decision - meaning if one member feels unsafe in an unmasked situation, please have your mask available and be prepared to wear them at the table. To make people feel more comfortable this will be a blind census.
- Please don't attend the game if you feel ill.
- Any other concerns about this please contact me via PM.

We need GMs! Please send me a message to volunteer!

Just a reminder:
-The games start promptly at 10AM and 2 PM, please be early for the game so we can avoid having the games run over the time scheduled.
-Please post a message on the thread for the game with your “REAL NAME” so I know who to put on the sign up.
-Please sign up right away as room is limited, if something changes, you can always cancel.
-Please do not HOT SWAP tables.
-If we do not get early interest in the game, it is in danger of being cancelled. We need a minimum of 2 Players for a game to go off. Please check the day of the game to make sure it is happening.
-Any sign ups on the day of the game (Saturday) may not get a slot at the table, but do show up. We will always try to fit you into a game!
-GMs: if you need to cancel, let me know ASAP so I can find a replacement!
-If you want a game scheduled, please ask!

10 AM Pathfinder 2E Scenario
#3-05 Inheritor's Rite (Level 1-4)
Venture-Captain Brackett asks the PCs to present a legal defense to the People’s Council
of Andoran to prevent the Society’s Almas Lodge from being taken over by the Church of
Iomedae. In the middle of the hearing, after the PCs have presented their case, alarm bells
ring out back at the lodge, and they race to defend it from surprise attackers. Along the way,
the PCs encounter a broken Pathfinder construct attacking a market and randomly animating
souvenirs. They disable the construct, enter the lodge, and track down the intruders. The
intruders are members of the notorious Devil’s Claws mercenary company, and they are
carelessly searching the vaults below the lodge. The PCs finish their search of the vaults and
encounter a final group of intruders. They learn who seemingly put the attack in motion, and
the Iomedaean representative relinquishes their claim on the Pathfinder’s lodge in the face
of this new threat

2 PM Starfinder Scenario
#2-01 Pact World Warriors (Level 1-4)
After the Starfinder Society’s recent success in defeating
the jinsul threat within the Scoured Stars (see Starfinder
Society Scenario #2-00: Fate of the Scoured God), the
Society returned to the Pact Worlds to find itself the target of a
massive multimedia smear campaign organized by an unknown
party. With multiple organizations now wary of the Starfinder’s
over-active meddling in the affairs of other worlds, and the potential
for the Society to reveal the Pact Worlds to outside threats, popular
opinion has quickly turned against the Starfinder Society

I have not gotten any sign ups as of yet for the games tomorrow. Please let me know if you plan to attend either game ASAP as I will cancel the games if I do not get any sign ups by 10 PM MDT.
